Professional ergonomic receiver to measure FORCE, WEIGHT, PRESSURE, TORQUE and DISPLACEMENT, extremely versatile and easy to be used. Through an integrated wireless communication system it is possible to directly interface with 1, 2, 3 or 4 WIMOD modules at the same time in the real time. The transmission frequency at 433 MHz makes the communication safe and reliable even in presence of other transmission systems such as mobile phones, walkie-talkie, radio-microphones, remote-controls etc. which usually work on other frequencies by ensuring a covering of approx. 100 meters in free space. WiSTAR is equipped with USB interface for communicating in real time with a PC for recharging the long lasting and highly reliable internal battery (Li-Ion). In addition to the direct reading of the measurements it is possible to detect PEAKS and to block the measurement on the display thanks to HOLD function. LCD graph DISPLAY with 3 levels of backlighting to adapt itself to any conditions of external brightness and with the possibility of rotating the visualization of 180°. Suitable for processing analog signals coming from strain gauge load cells and torque transducers or by pressure and torque transmitters, it allows to perform measurements with a long-term accuracy of 0.01%with a resolution of ±50.000 divisions at 2mV/V. At your inside the instrument works with ±500.000 divisions. All the calibrations (Zero, Full Scale, Analog output, Sensibility, etc.) are digital (no trimmer), therefore they can be performed and repeated without the need of removing the instrument from the panel and without to open it. for measures of FORCE, WEIGHT, PRESSURE, TORQUE, and DISPLACEMENTS.

The transmitter makes simple and economical the transmission of data coming from a transducer to a PC. TAUSB has a maximum resolution of 20.000 divisions and transmits the data directly on-line USB 2.0. It is a very simple but complete instrument as it is self powered directly from the USB line and is ideal for use in a laboratory as a generic acquisition system leaving to the software on PCs the characterization of the parameters to which the transducer is connected. The transmitter is controlled by a microcontroller that processes the data sampled by a high resolution AD converter at a frequency up to 3000Hz and manages the USB communication.
